The report highlights the Digital for Freedom Forum held on November 23-24, 2023, in Warsaw, organized by StrategEast in partnership with USAID and the Ministry of Digital Transformation in Ukraine. This event served as a pivotal platform aimed at fostering international collaborations to support Ukraine’s digital recovery and development post-war. Bringing together a diverse audience including global tech companies, investors, the Ukrainian IT community, and representatives from international financial institutions and development agencies, the forum facilitated discussions on strategies to advance the Ukrainian IT industry. The event featured six panel discussions covering topics such as “Ukraine as the Trusted Tech Destination” and “Now is the Time to Invest in Ukrainian Tech,” with over 20 speakers from various countries providing valuable insights, including representatives from Diia City’s project office, IBM, EPAM Systems, and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
