Uzbekistan and Spain signed agreements on air services and international road transport

Uzbekistan and Spain have signed agreements on air services and international road transport, the Uzbek Foreign Ministry reported. The document was undersigned by Foreign Ministers of Uzbekistan and Spain Abdulaziz Kamilov and Alfonso Dastis in Madrid.

The signed documents create a legal basis for the development of bilateral cooperation in the transport and communication sphere and allow expanding the geography of transportation of the national carriers of the two states. The two ministers voiced readiness for diplomatic support to establish and expand direct business contacts between the business circles of Uzbekistan and Spain. The sides also considered the development of tourist exchanges.

Previously, a Memorandum was signed between the Government of Uzbekistan and the Government of Spain on cooperation in the field of economy and industry, as well as the Agreement on Cooperation between the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and the Chamber of Commerce of Spain.
