The state share in the authorized capital of JSC Dori-Darmon is set to be transferred to the trust management of the representative office of the American company United Investment Healthcare Group LLC in Uzbekistan.
The government stake in the company will be transferred for a five-year term, with a possible of extension for another five years in the case of achieving the parameters of the approved business plan.
Payment for the trustee’s services will be established in the form of a monthly fee from the monthly revenue and bonus.
