They are to be integrated by the Coordination Council in the policies’ planning documents,” the state secretary-general at MADRM, Iurie Usurelu, said.

“We are happy that we have managed to meet the needs of the competent ministry in strengthening the capacities of SDGs’ implementation and monitoring. We managed to analyze the progress made since the moment of adoption of the 2030 Agenda till present as concerns the nationalizations of these SDGs, as well as to come up with relevant recommendations for an as efficient as possible implementation,” the FAO representative in Moldova, Raimund Jehle, said.

At the end of the meeting, the participants signed a joint declaration on the commitment and efforts for the implementation of SDGs as regards the agricultural and environmental food systems.
