In January-May 2018, a share of Ukraine’s exports to the European Union totaled 42.9%, according to the Economic Development and Trade Ministry.
“The European Union remains the main trade partner of Ukraine in the export of goods. In January-May 2018, a share of Ukraine’s exports to the European Union totaled 42.9%. Compared to the same period in 2017, we managed to make a qualitative leap in the trade with the EU,” the ministry posted on Facebook.
Thus, Ukraine’s exports to the EU over the first four months increased by 26.6% ($1.4 billion) and reached $6.6 billion.
Also, 366 sub-items have appeared in the structure of Ukrainian exports to the EU over the reporting period.
