“Projects will be selected at a transparent contest using the ProZorro platform. This is a model where the implementation of a socially or market-based invention is co-funded by the state and a private investor. Such a mechanism has long been used in the world,” said Kubiv.
According to him, the new procedure envisages the organization and selection on a competitive basis of projects related to the creation and use of inventions, utility models, industrial designs, technical know-how and other results of intellectual, creative activity and further state support for their commercial implementation.
The project is aimed at providing inventors, innovators, small and medium-sized enterprises with access to specialized databases of patent information and educational materials, as well as strengthening the technological and innovative potential of such users.
