According to the program, it has allocated 15 grants of up to approximately 4,600 euros, which should contribute to the improvement of energy efficiency in Ukraine. The U-LEAD with Europe Program is a multi-donor action supported in Ukraine by the EU and several of its Member States. It aims to contribute to the establishment of multi-level governance that is transparent, accountable and responsive to the needs of the country’s population.
