StrategEast activities including the presentation of Westernization Report 2019 and Westernization Award have gained extensive media coverage. There were above 50 newspaper articles and online publication from different countries, including but not limited to Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Russia, and Ukraine. We were also mentioned in the media-project dedicated to the francophone and germanophone audience in Central Asia.
Majority of the publication was focused on the StrategEast Westernization Award nominees President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Director of Kazakhstani Institute of Linguistics Erden Kazhybek and technology entrepreneur and venture investor from Belarus Viktor Prokopenya.
