StrategEast President took part in the Krach Institute Advisory Council inaugural meeting

On November 15, Anatoly Motkin participated in the meeting of the Advisory Council of the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy at Purdue.

At the meeting, the Institute’s strategy was presented and the first steps for its implementation were identified: the formation of a list of trusted vendors of technological equipment and the integration of as many countries as possible into the trusted supply chain.

The Advisory Council is formed from multisector global leaders that advance freedom by inspiring and mobilizing a trusted tech movement. In addition to the President of StrategEast, the Council includes Mircea Geoană, Deputy Secretary General, NATO; Hon. Erik Bethel, Senior Advisor, CSIS; Michael Abramowitz, President, Freedom House; T. Ulrich Brechbuhl, 33rd Counselor of the United States Department of State; David Feith, Former U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs, U.S. Department of State;  Chris Fetzer, Partner, Dentons (Washington, D.C.); H.R. Mcmaster, 26th U.S. National Security Advisor; Kathleen Lynch, Board Member, UBS Americas Holding LLC; Robert O’Brien, 28th U.S. National Security Advisor; Hon. michael R. Pompeo, 70th U.S. Secretary of State and others.

By participating in the Council’s activities, StrategEast pursues its mission to reinforce the values of inclusivity, connectivity, gender equality and equal opportunities in Eurasian countries through the digital economy.
