On December 14 Anatoly Motkin, the president of StrategEast, has lectured at Columbia University within the graduate-level course on Systemic Corruption in Post-Soviet Nations by invitation from Professor Matthew H. Murray.
The topic of the lecture was how the IT industry has become a facilitator for the transparent economy in Eurasian region, based on the rule of law and private property protection.
The subject for special interest for the students was the role of tech sector in social transformation in post-Soviet region – especially in Armenia and Belarus.
The lecture was followed by Q/A session with the students.
