StrategEast leads US-Ukraine Tech Partnership Initiative

On February 4-5, StrategEast, in collaboration with Diia.City.Union and Kharkiv IT Cluster, and with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, successfully launched the U.S.-Ukraine Tech Partnership Initiative in Washington, D.C. The initiative aims to strengthen international collaboration and showcase Ukraine’s tech sector as a driving force for economic resilience and recovery.

StrategEast played a central role in organizing and leading a delegation of top Ukrainian tech companies to engage with key U.S. stakeholders, forging new opportunities for business expansion and strategic cooperation. The packed agenda included meetings with the U.S. Department of State, the World Bank, the Center for European Policy Analysis, the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy at Purdue, and Congressional Ukraine Caucus staffers. The discussions focused on Ukraine’s recovery, the role of tech in dual-use applications, and fostering deeper U.S.-Ukraine collaboration in trusted technology and digital projects.

A major highlight of the visit was a high-energy business matchmaking session with U.S. companies, enabling Ukrainian IT firms to present their expertise and explore investment and partnership opportunities in the American market. The delegation included Sigma Software Group, Futurology / DroneUA, NIX United, S-PRO, Alcor, Dropla Tech ApS, Telesens, MobiDev, WebinOne, Solid Software, Bravery Invest, AltexSoft, Viseven, and TAURUS QUADRA LTD.

StrategEast continues to be at the forefront of building bridges between Ukraine’s tech ecosystem and global markets, ensuring that Ukrainian innovation remains a key player in the international digital economy. The visit not only strengthened ties between U.S. and Ukrainian stakeholders but also paved the way for tangible projects and long-term partnerships that will support Ukraine’s economic and technological advancement.
