Anatoly Motkin, President of StrategEast, has concluded a highly productive business visit to Bahrain, further strengthening StrategEast’s efforts to foster technological collaboration between the Gulf, Central Asia, and the Caucasus. The visit was organized in partnership with Khalid Al Tattan from 1K Leaders, a leading regional ecosystem enabler.
During his time in Bahrain, Mr. Motkin met with senior executives from key institutions, including Tamkeen, Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB), Export Bahrain, and FinTechBay. The discussions centered around developing a strategic roadmap for deepening cross-regional cooperation in the IT sector.
Key initiatives explored include joint participation in major public events, reciprocal trade missions for service and product companies, and the launch of a matchmaking platform supported by StrategEast. This platform aims to connect companies from Central Asia and the Caucasus with potential clients and investors in the Gulf, fostering business growth and knowledge exchange.
With its strong regional ties and business-friendly environment, Bahrain is well-positioned to serve as a gateway for IT companies from Central Asia and the Caucasus to enter the broader Gulf market. By facilitating these strategic connections, StrategEast continues to play a pivotal role in integrating Eurasian tech ecosystems into the global digital economy.
