The Company, which designed the Port of Barcelona and the airport terminal, has opened a branch in Georgia.
This is high quality and international standard-oriented Company, which carries out activities in the engineering, design and construction supervision fields. The NTI mission is to roll out new development models at the national and international levels.
NTI offers the Georgian clients a wide range of services related to the development of private and public infrastructure, providing the project management and civil engineering services and infrastructure construction, environmental engineering, transport engineering, terrain engineering, and design.
Negotiations in connection with the opening of the branch had been in progress between the parties since 2018, while the Company started working in Georgia in April 2019. From the Georgian side, the founders of the NTI representation are Irakli Orjonikidze and David Zakariadze.
The team of the NTI Projects and Construction Management holds a portfolio of large projects such as: designing and supervision works on the new terminal of Barcelona International Airport; preparation of a railway freight terminal project; engineering, design and construction projects for the Port of Barcelona; design of roads and bridges and $100-$500 million worth of many other projects. The Company’s main services also include the monitoring of a workplace for safety, which is an urgent problem in Georgia. Since the developers have been obliged to control labor safety regulations under the legislation, demand for the service in this direction has increased.
The NTI team is staffed with Georgian and Spanish specialists, civil and industrial engineers, as well as environmental experts, each of whom has great experience in participating in important projects.
According to the Company’s representatives, a specific group will take responsibility for each project, while one of the members of the group will definitely be a Spanish specialist. NTI directly guarantees that all of the labor safety regulations will be maximally protected on the construction site. In addition, the Company takes full responsibility towards both its client and the state agencies. As the NTI representatives say, the developers in Georgia have already expressed their readiness to put their own resources into this service.
NTI is actively negotiating with construction companies. In addition, the process of concluding agreements on two large projects covering Tbilisi and Kakheti Region is underway.
NTI founder is Ivan Nogales Trigueros, who has many years of experience in engineering, designing and construction supervision sectors. NTI has successfully implemented the projects in different countries, including Algeria, Brazil, Chile and Canada.
Within the scope of its activity on the Georgian market, NTI is ready to meet direct orders and, at the same time, participate in both the private and public tenders.
