Poland is going to build a freeway to the Ukrainian border with access to the Yahodyn entry-exit checkpoint.
The press service of the State Agency of Automobile Roads (Ukravtodor) reports this, referring to the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways of Poland (GDDKiA).
“Poland is going to build a freeway S12 to the Ukrainian border with access to our Yahodyn entry-exit checkpoint,” reads the statement.
A new freeway will have two lanes in each direction.
At the same time, the Ukrainian side intends to carry out reconstruction of M-07 freeway from Kovel to the Yahodyn checkpoint in the coming years.
