Today, Prime Minister, Ion Chicu, has participated in the launch of Digital Park, the largest IT park in Moldova. In his speech, the head of Government has described this project as revolutionary and especially appreciated a large number of jobs created and their high quality.
“All almost 1,000 employees have excellent working conditions here and will definitely generate profit for company and country,” said Ion Chicu.
The Premier has thanked the management of company for investment courage and welcomed the support given to the project by development partners of Moldova. In this context, PM Chicu mentioned that IT field is an important one in the process of modernising the national economy.
“Through your investment you have opened up employment opportunities, which have made a large number of persons stay in Moldova. I am sure that in any other locality of Moldova we can replicate such projects”, added PM.
Digital Park is a project designed to become a central meeting place for companies operating in IT industry. Digital Park is the answer to the need to connect technology companies with historians or start – up businesses, IT developers, national and international companies, oriented to innovation and progress, in a safe place, in Chisinau city. IT Park is a revolutionary space that adapts to all generations of companies and entrepreneurs, an industrial platform, a business ecosystem and also a project designed to respond to urban needs, being ready to take on the role of alternative centre of Chisinau.
