On January 28, the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the mayor of Kryvyi Rih signed an agreement to join forces to attract investment in the city’s public transport infrastructure.
“The IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, and the mayor of Kryvyi Rih signed an agreement to join forces to attract investment in a reliable and efficient public transport infrastructure. The deal is part of the IFC’s overall strategy to accelerate economic growth in Ukraine,” the IFC press service reported.
The IFC will also help Kryvyi Rih get an international credit rating to increase its ability to attract long-term financing.
