The State Customs Service of Ukraine will begin reforming its Human Resource Management (HRM) policies in the coming weeks. The service is beginning the implementation of a new recruitment, training, motivation and reward system ahead of its 2020 recruitment period.
These actions were discussed and approved by EU experts during a roundtable discussion and drafting session on human resources issues, hosted by the Ukrainian State Fiscal Service last week.
The reform of HRM policies in the State Customs Service of Ukraine would help to raise its performance standards, improve the work environment and create a positive customs community. Moreover, to deliver better, more effective service to citizens and businesses, as well as to reduce corruption.
