On 14-15 May, an expert from Latvia will visit the Republic of Moldova to advise on the revision of the national legislation on quality of service based on EU legislation.
The expert will also guide Moldova’s National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) on the establishment of appropriate principles to monitor open internet access, in particular concerning over-the-top services. Open internet supervision practices will also be covered.
The visit is being organized by the European Commission’s Technical Assistance and Information Exchange Instrument (TAIEX), in cooperation with ANRCETI.
