Belarusian Deputy Economy Minister Pavel Utyupin and Economic and Commercial Counsellor of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Spain in Russia Alicia Varela discussed the prospects of Belarus-Spain cooperation in implementing public-private partnership (PPP) projects.
The parties discussed the prospects of bilateral interaction, including the possibilities of cooperation in the construction of M10 highway within the framework of public-private partnership. The parties also touched upon other promising PPP projects in Belarus in the areas of mutual interest.
