Steve Hoffman, Chairman and CEO of global innovation hub Founders Space, author of bestsellers “Make Elephants Fly”, “Surviving a Start-up” & “The Five Forces” delivered a keynote speech at the StrategEast State and IT Eurasian Forum in Samarkand.
In his speech, Steve Hoffman emphasized, in particular, the importance of the radical innovation process and encouraged to think big, aiming at the global market rather than concentrating locally. “If you are going to be truly competitive in the global economy, you can’t just do outsourcing. You also need to innovate at the same time, help your entrepreneurs,” Mr. Hoffman told.
Mr. Hoffman left the audience on a note that there are no limits for being successful in technology. “The only limit Uzbekistan has is the limit it places on itself. Because all of us have access to the internet, if we are smart we can act on it.”
