President of StrategEast met in Nur-Sultan with Bagdat Musin, Minister of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Zhaslan Madiyev, First Deputy Minister; Magzhan Madiev, CEO at Astana Hub – to discuss how to significantly increase the IT exports from Kazakhstan.
Anatoly Motkin has informed the Minister on StrategEast ongoing and planned activity in Kazakhstan to create thousand of new highly paid jobs in the country in collaboration with the leading global tech companies and to assist the local start-ups to become global.
The Minister has been informed that the StrategEast has launched a country office in Almaty to expand the collaboration with the local universities and the global development agencies.
Within the program – the youth in Kazakhstan will be trained by high level practitioners from Big Tech companies and will be ready to get a job offer from the international IT companies.
Along with that – StrategEast keeps attracting new Big Tech companies to Kazakhstan, assisting to adjust the curricula of tech universities, and promoting Kazakhstan as a new trusted IT destination.
During the meeting it has been agreed to join efforts between the Ministry, Astana Hub and StrategEast to foster the IT industry development in course of the next 5 years.
