Digital infrastructure as one of the main pillars of Ukraine’s resilience became the central topic of discussion at the panel “Digital Resilience of Ukraine” at the Riga Security Forum 2022. Anatoly Motkin offered his expertise on the issue and presented the key findings of the Ukrainian Digital Resistance to Russian Aggression Report, that covers the topic.
At the debate, the speakers discussed several issues concerning digital resilience versus conventional warfare. Panelists included George Dubinskiy, Ukraine’s Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation; Olesya Zaluska, Chief of Party in Ukraine, USAID Competitive Economy Program (CEP); and Elena Krukovskaya, Chief Operations Officer, Exadel. The discussion is moderated by Uģis Lībietis, Associated researcher at LIIA and Journalist at Latvian Radio.
Riga Security Forum is an annual event organized by the Latvian Institute of International Affairs. The event gathers key international policymakers, industry leaders, as well as military and civilian experts to discuss events, trends, opportunities, and challenges lying ahead for the international community to discuss various formats of both “conventional” security dimension, and “unconventional” security challenges, such as climate change, technological development, gender, information warfare, etc.
