On November 22, Anatoly Motkin led a panel discussion titled “Ukrainian Tech Scene: Not Only Resilience and Bravery” at the Ukraine by Design Tech Conference. The conference, held in Toronto, Canada featured prominent speakers who shared insights into Ukraine’s technological landscape and its role in fostering resilience and innovation during challenging times.
Mr. Motkin guided the discussion, delving into the dynamic initiatives and technological advancements that have marked Ukraine’s presence on the global tech stage. The speakers shared their perspectives on the resilience and bravery exhibited by the Ukrainian tech community, emphasizing its vital role in shaping the nation’s economic landscape.
The distinguished panel included: Ganna Gvozdiar, Deputy Minister of Strategic Industries of Ukraine; Oleksandr Bornyakov, Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and Head of the Diia City project; Oleksandr Kosovan, Founder and CEO of MacPaw and Co-founder of the SMRK Fund; Hanna Shuvalova, Principal at Horizon Capital.
The Ukraine by Design Tech Conference, part of the two-day Rebuild Ukraine Business Conference organized by the Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce, showcased the intersection of technology, innovation, and national development.
