United Investment Healthcare Group received a state share (71% of shares) in the authorized capital of Dori-Darmon in trust management.
The Government of Uzbekistan issued a resolution “On measures to improve the management efficiency of the joint-stock company Dori-Darmon and the financial stability of the State Unitary Enterprise O’zmedimpeks”.
The government recommended that the Supervisory Board of Dori-Darmon consider and approve a business plan developed by the United Investment Healthcare Group to further improve the efficiency of the company.
United Investment Healthcare Group will receive a license on trust management of investment assets. After that, the company will be awarded a five-year contract.
The document stated that if the United Investment Healthcare Group ensures that all the parameters of the business plan are achieved, the agreement will be prolonged for another five years.
The United Investment Healthcare Group has been granted the right to attract foreign specialists to the company’s management.
The resolution added that the payment for the services of a trustee is established in the form of monthly remuneration from the proceeds and bonus.
The amount of the bonus is calculated from the sum of the net profit of Dori-Darmon depending on the fulfillment of the parameters of the business plan, as well as on the sum of the net profit received above the fixed amount due to dividends.
The Ministry of Finance was instructed to provide the company with a two-percent budget loan in the amount of 150 billion soums for three years. Also, the profits of the company as of the end of 2017, will go to increase the financial stability of the company without accruing dividends, followed by capitalization of the sum into the authorized capital of Dori-Darmon.
