Alexander Yazepchik is a seasoned Global Education Lead with over eight years of experience in talent development and engagement. Currently, Alexander leads education initiatives at StrategEast, partnering with global technology companies and academic institutions to deliver top-notch learning and development programs for young professionals across multiple geographies. His experience covers the entire talent lifecycle – from program development to successful employment of young professionals in leading IT companies.
Alexander is actively involved in training students of universities and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), helping them to go through the processes of digital transformation and improve their competitiveness with the help of specially designed educational programs.
Previously, Alexander worked at EPAM Systems, where he played a key role in managing resource development in Central and West Asia and CEE through EPAM Campus. He was involved in organizing Zero to Hero trainings for students and switchers, talent acquisition and development, focusing on integrated training, internships and placement of students in IT positions across disciplines.
Under his leadership, thousands of students have received high quality education and career opportunities, and hundreds of them have been successfully employed in the IT industry.
