The 2017-2019 Action Plan, which stems from the National Strategy on Human Rights Protection, will be implemented in Armenia in 2018, in the domain of human rights, noted Minister of Justice Davit Harutyunyan, at a press conference on Tuesday.
As per Harutyunyan, this plan envisages 96 actions in various domains, and which is developed under close cooperation with civil society.
“The domain of human rights protection is important in terms of cooperation with the European Union,” the minister said, in particular.
He added that €17 million will be spent on the implementation of this plan, which includes five domains.
