StrategEast has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with several leading universities in Kyrgyzstan to expand Oracle University and Oracle Academy programs in the country.
The MoUs were signed with the University of Central Asia, the American University of Central Asia, Ala-Too International University, and Salymbekov University, among many others.
StrategEast is also strengthening IT education in Kyrgyzstan through cooperation with Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn and Kyrgyz State University named after Ishenaly Arabaev, equipping students with the skills needed for the digital economy.
These partnerships aim to enhance IT education, provide students with globally recognized certifications, and bridge the gap between academia and the tech industry.
By integrating Oracle’s professional courses and industry certifications into university curricula, students gain hands-on experience in cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity, and software engineering.
This initiative not only strengthens local IT talent but also attracts new partners, fosters innovation, and positions Kyrgyzstan as a key player in the regional digital economy.
Aisuluu Kozhomkulova, Regional Director for Central Asia at StrategEast, emphasized the importance of practical learning in IT education:

As AI and cloud-based systems advance, university curricula must align with industry needs to ensure graduates have the necessary skills to compete globally.
