StrategEast welcomes Len Khodorkovsky as new Advisory Board Member

StrategEast is proud to announce the appointment of Len Khodorkovsky as the newest member of its Advisory Board. With an extensive background in digital strategy, diplomacy, and public affairs, Khodorkovsky brings invaluable expertise to StrategEast’s mission of fostering digital transformation across Eurasia, Central Asia, and the Gulf region.

Currently serving as Senior Advisor to the Chairman of the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy at Purdue University, Khodorkovsky has played a key role in shaping U.S. digital diplomacy. As the former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Digital Strategy, he spearheaded global initiatives on technology policy and strategic communications. His tenure also included serving as Senior Advisor to both the U.S. Special Representative for Iran and the Under Secretary of State for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment. Recognized by The Jerusalem Post as “The State Department’s secret weapon,” Khodorkovsky is a frequent foreign policy commentator and has contributed extensively to discussions on economic and digital diplomacy.
