The Finance Ministry of Ukraine has raised EUR 400 million loan from the European Investment Bank (EIB) to support the development of small and medium-sized businesses. This is reported by the Finance Ministry press service, the Government portal reports.
“On October 5, 2017, the Finance Ministry signed agreements with the first selected Ukrainian banks (PJSC MEGABANK, JSB UKRGAZBANK) to use the loan funds for financing the investments and needs of small businesses in current capital. The funding is provided for five years with the possibility of further prolongation of use of the EIB’s lending resources,” the Finance Ministry press service informed.
