At the meeting with Norha M. Villegas, Dean, Faculty of Engineering and Design at ICESI University in Colombia, Anatoly Motkin, President of StrategEast shared the success of StrategEast IT HUB educational and job creation project, which helps prevent brain drain and provides youth with highly-paid jobs in IT.
Among topics discussed, there was also cooperation on how to further incorporate training from IT companies into the ICESI University’s curriculum, encourage students to continue working in the region, along with motivation of younger students to study IT.
