StrategEast President Anatoly Motkin and Senior Director Anna Zub took part in Diia.Summit, an official launch of Diia.City, a unique legal and tax framework for IT companies in Ukraine.
StrategEast was a partner of Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine who developed this special regime. In particular, StrategEast jointly with Oxford Economics prepared a report on a financial justification for the success of this project.
Thanks to Diia City, the share of IT, in Ukraine’s GDP is expected to grow from 4% to 10%, and the industry’s revenues – up to 16.5 billion USD.
Low taxes and tools to attract investment and scale introduced in Diia.City can make Ukraine a role model for Eurasian IT market.
The Diia.City Summit was attended by Volodymyr Zelensky, President of Ukraine; Denys Shmyhal, Prime Minister of Ukraine; Mykhailo Fedorov, Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, and other officials.
