Speaking at the online event, Anatoly Motkin, President of StrategEast discovered the success story of the IT HUB in Georgia, which provided local youth with the opportunity to get an IT specialty in several months, without interrupting work or study and receive jobs in global ICT companies that enter the Georgian market.
Corina Damaschin, Tekwill Academy Project Manager, and Ana Chirita, Strategic Projects Director at National Association of ICT Companies in Moldova presented the newly launched “Better employment opportunities” Program.
BETTER EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES is a new Tekwill program that enables knowledge transfer, exchange of experience and best practices in ICT. The Program is initiated within the TEKWILL project, in partnership with StrategEast, and its global knowledge partner EPAM Systems. 20 applicants from Moldova will participate in this program and will be able to receive job offers for remote employment within the international IT companies.
