StrategEast hosts online panel on Fintech industry in Eurasia

One of the industries that received significant acceleration as a result of the coronavirus pandemic and the subsequent lockdown was Fintech Industry. Digital transformation plans, which were designed for many financial companies for years, were implemented in a few months. How would the new post-coronavirus financial services industry in Eurasia look like? These issues to be discussed on StrategEast Live session “Fintech industry in Eurasia”.

Will they die out or will the Fintech industry help them undergo a digital transformation? What is the situation in the markets of Eurasia? Who will become the new leader: new companies born from Fintech, or traditional banks that have undergone Fintech transformation?

– The Baltic countries have become unexpected leaders in the European Fintech industry. What factors enabled this region to make such a breakthrough?

– Is Eurasia capable of becoming a kind of sandbox for the Fintech industry, where solutions will be rolled in, and then will be implemented in Western countries?
