A total of 9.5 million Ukrainians, mostly residents of small cities and ‘amalgamated hromadas’ (a type of united territorial communities), will now receive services in modern administrative centres, thanks to the EU-funded programme U-LEAD with Europe.
The EU programme is expected to establish over 800 access points in Ukrainian hromadas by April 2021 – nearly 500 administrative service centres and over 300 remote workplaces for administrators.
The new offices will provide residents with a wide range of high-quality administrative services in modern and comfortable conditions. A total of 11 of the administrative centres will be mobile.
