Citizens of Armenia can now submit an online request, complaint or application to any state body authorized to provide information and receive an online response.
This became possible partly thanks to EU support, which in the period 2008–2018 provided €25 million to support e-governance in the country.
A video promoted on the Facebook page of the EU Delegation to Armenia explains that requests can be made through the website www.e-request.am.
Citizens can request information relating to public services and may also send complaints or suggestions, such as to improve the quality of public services.
