US-based Epsilon increases daily gas flow in Uzbekistan

Epsilon Development has increased natural gas production and is about to expand the gas pipeline infrastructure in Uzbekistan.

“The last week of March was very productive for the company – industrial gas influx was obtained in three fields – Chigil (well #2), Khujum (well #2) and Shimoliy Girsan (well #6) of the Kultak-Kamashi investment block. After an well workover, the average daily flow rate is 200-250 thousand m3 of natural gas from each well “, – the company said in a statement.

Earlier it was reported that in early March 2019, the company had obtained the first gas influx from Talimarjan field. Thus, the company is projected to produce 1-1.25 million cubic meters per day as of April 6, 2019.

At the same time, Epsilon Development is continuing exploration on Kultak-Kamyshi block and is developing the Shimoliy Girsan, Tolimamarzhon, Devkhona, Chigil, Nazar-Quduk, Ernazar and Khujum fields, and has been employing 465 people with ongoing hiring.
