Uzbekistan and Germany have reached agreement on implementation of joint projects for more than 8 billion Euros. Such information came from the briefing for media representatives in Berlin.
The countries expressed readiness to expand cooperation in investments and technologies. During the business forum held on the eve of the visit of the President of Uzbekistan it was noted that the agreements for implementation of new projects for more than 8 billion Euros are signed, the president’s press service reports.
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev is on official visit to Germany since January 20.
On January 21, President Mirziyoyev met with German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Chancellor Angela Merkel, Bundestag President Dr Wolfgang Schäuble.
On January 22, the President Uzbekistan met Minister-President of Bavaria Markus Söder and top managers of German companies and banks.
