The Embassy of Uzbekistan in the Netherlands held talks with management of the Meijer Group, seed potato producer.
The discussions focused on possible cooperation projects of the Meijer Group in Uzbekistan.
The agreement was reached to arrange visit of experts of Uzbekistan to the Netherlands in the nearest time to discuss concrete projects. Particularly, visit of representatives of the Association of Potato Producers of Uzbekistan is planned to discuss creation of a joint venture for seed potato production, creation of potato cluster in Bakhmal district of Jizzakh region of Uzbekistan.
