The group of Nordic business consultancies Miltton Group has acquired 95% of the shares in the Estonian communication consultancy JLP.
The consolidation will create a team of 20 professionals whose ambition is to provide companies of the region with strategic consultancy service based on the most state-of-the-art international know-how and expertise, Miltton said.
The founder of JLP, Kristi Liiva, described the merger with the group of Nordic consultancies as a major leap in the company’s development.
Liiva will continue to be one of the owners of the new business.
Annika Arras, managing partner of Miltton Estonia, said their ambition was to establish a new strategic communication company that offers a synthesis of all fields of business consulting. She said the company was building up in Estonia a consulting model with integrated services that is already functioning in Helsinki and Stockholm.
