On 6 November 2018, Uzbekneftegaz held talks between the Chairman of the Board Bakhrom Ashrafkhanov and representatives of Total E & P Activites Petrolieres (France) and PJSC NOVATEK (Russia) led by the head of the strategic director for business development of Total E & P Activites Petrolieres G. Doulot.
In the course of negotiations with representatives of Total E & P Activites Petrolieres and PJSC NOVATEK, the possibilities of a multilateral partnership in this direction were discussed in detail.
Foreign guests expressed interest in obtaining information on the current legislation in the investment sphere of Uzbekistan, studying geological and geophysical data and the existing infrastructure near investment blocks for developing a further action plan, the press service of Uzbekneftegaz said.
At the end of the talks, the parties identified areas of joint cooperation, expressed satisfaction with the results of the meeting.
