On 9 October 2018, the head office of the Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Hamkorbank was visited by a delegation of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
During a meeting between the EBRD and Hamkorbank, the Framework Agreement on Participation in Risks, funded by the risk sharing mechanism and the Framework Agreement on unfunded participation in risks, were signed.
The total amount of the signed agreement is US$15 million. This framework agreement opens a new stage of cooperation between the EBRD and Hamkorbank in the area of risk sharing.
The EBRD and Hamkorbank have been cooperating for 16 years. Over the years of fruitful cooperation, the EBRD has repeatedly recognized Hamkorbank as the leading and active partner in Uzbekistan.
