Economic agents from Moldova will be able to get the needed permissive acts through the automated information system for the management and issuance of permissive acts, Single Window. The system was launched in Chisinau today.
Thus, entrepreneurs will no longer have to go to various institutions to ask for the permissive acts, but will be able to demand them online. To do this, they will have to access the webpage www.actpermisiv.gov.md, to submit an application by using the mobile signature and fill in all forms necessary.
Prime Minister Pavel Filip said that, after the launch of this service, business people would save money and time and the bureaucratic obstacles and corruption would be eliminated. The PM also said that the use of the online platform would allow economic agents to annually save more than 60 million lei.
World Bank Country Manager for Moldova Anna Akhalkatsi said that the single window mechanism, implemented in Moldova, was unique among the countries of the region, such as Ukraine, Belarus and Baltic states.
„I come from business and I know the problems faced by economic agents; I know that they detest bureaucracy. We are oriented pro-business and we do not want entrepreneurs to lose time,” Economics and Infrastructure Minister Chiril Gaburici said at the event.
Director of Public Services Agency, Sergiu Railean, noted that, so far, the permissive acts could be demanded only at the issuing authorities and only on paper, which created discomfort to the business environment. Starting from today, however, enterprises will submit a single online application and will come only one time to the headquarters of the issuing authority to take the document.
The Single Window is a mechanism used in 82 countries worldwide. At present there are 152 permissive acts in Moldova.
