Regional Director for Caucasus
Lika Merabishvili is the Regional Director for Caucasus of StrategEast. She is responsible for the extension and implementation of educational projects and IT industry advocacy in Georgia, Azerbaijan and Armenia.
Lika is a Co-Founder of the non-governmental organization Space for Education and Development. She has more than 10 years’ experience in project planning and management.
Lika is holding a Ph.D. Degree in Psychology. She acquired her doctoral qualification from the Georgian (Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University) and Spanish (Universidade da Coruña) institutions. Along with her civic initiatives, Lika holds the academic positions as an Associate Professor and a Supervisor of Bachelor’s Program in Psychology at the Alte University, an Invited Lecturer at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and Caucasus University.
Lika Merabishvili is a Fellow of Fellowship program of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Facility (EaP).
Lika aims to contribute to the development of young people, women, NEET and whole society in social, educational and professional terms through the formal and non-formal education; public awareness raising; civil society development; citizen mobilization and civic engagement that increases the European integration in Georgia.
